About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you value emotional well-being just as much as academic progress?
Axcis is working closely with a specialist setting that supports learners aged 2–19 with severe and profound learning difficulties. We are seeking flexible and committed Teaching Assistants to provide day-to-day support, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment.

Who We’re Looking For:
• We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. You should be:
• Flexible, reliable, patient and empathetic
• Resilient and confident working in a dynamic environment
• A strong communicator, able to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Experience working with children or young people with SEND is essential, particularly with autism, ADHD, complex needs and learning disabilities.

• £89 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications

• Schools, colleges or further education
• Youth work or community-based roles
• Residential care or care home support
• Personal or family experience supporting someone with SEND
Graduates in subjects such as psychology, sociology, sports, music, art or drama are strongly encouraged to apply.
