Kenton Black are recruiting for a freelance Site Manager vacancy based in the West of Aberdeenshire. The client will ideally look to offer this position on a full time permanent basis.

Our client, a respected bespoke homebuilder operating across Aberdeenshire, is seeking a highly organised and experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of new build residential projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of bespoke homes
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain workflow and standards
- Uphold health & safety compliance and maintain accurate site records
- Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure design intent is met
- Resolve on-site challenges efficiently and support continuous improvement

What You Bring:

- Proven experience managing residential new build sites, ideally bespoke or high-spec homes
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred
- Own transport and tools essential
