Opportunity for an enthusiastic Freight Coordinator to join an expanding team who provide Freight and Logistics services to clients in the Events and Entertainment sectors.

Candidate must have some existing knowledge and experience of International Freight Forwarding operations procedures together with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Duties will include -

• Preparing & sending out Collection Notes to drivers and trucking suppliers
• Following up on driver whereabouts and ensuring drivers are running to schedule
• Post flighting and checking vessel departures & arrivals for shipments worldwide
• Giving AWB and BOL instructions
• Researching and gathering costs for quotes from agents and suppliers
• Ensuring costs are correctly uploaded into job cost sheets
• Preparing and sending out ATA Carnets
• Assisting customers with customs paperwork and day to day operational enquiries
