Description
Location: Bath (City Centre) | Full-time | £89 per day | Start: September
Are you a recent graduate looking to build experience in education, psychology, or mental health? Axcis Education is working in partnership with a further education college in central Bath, and we’re looking for a full-time Graduate Mental Health Support Worker to start this September.
This role is all about supporting post-16 students with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You’ll be working closely with individual students in the classroom—helping them stay engaged, encouraging their confidence, and offering calm, consistent support throughout the day.
You don’t need school experience. What we’re looking for is someone who’s empathetic, reliable, and genuinely wants to support vulnerable young people. If you’re kind, patient and keen to make a difference, we’ll give you the training and guidance you need.
Why this is a great first step in your career:
No unsociable hours – work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Get paid weekly – £102.70 per day
Looks great on your CV – ideal if you’re considering teacher training, educational psychology or youth work
Free access to a wide range of training through the Axcis Academy
Real, hands-on experience supporting students with additional needs
This role starts in September and runs full-time during term time, with the opportunity to become permanent after an initial settling-in period.
If you’re a graduate ready to take your first step into education, mental health or support work—and you want a job where you can make a genuine difference—we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and start your journey with Axcis Education.
