Are you an experienced and passionate professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs and disabilities We are currently recruiting for a full-time Team Lead to join a welcoming and inclusive SEND College that is dedicated to providing outstanding support and education to its learners

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is not only enthusiastic and reliable but also holds the necessary qualifications to lead and support a team within a specialised educational environment To be considered for this role you must have up-to-date Team Teach training and a current Manual Handling certificate These are essential requirements as you will be working closely with students who may exhibit challenging behaviours or require physical support throughout the school day

The role is full time and runs from 8.30 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday You will be a key member of staff responsible for overseeing the day-to-day support within the classroom ensuring that learning is delivered in a safe structured and nurturing environment Your responsibilities will include supporting students with their educational needs promoting positive behaviour and working closely with other members of staff to deliver a high standard of care and education

You must also have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service and the legal right to work in the UK Without these we will not be able to consider your application
