Graduate Mental Health Support in School
Location: Preston | Full-time | £14.25 per hour (may increase depending on experience | Start: ASAP
Are you a recent graduate looking to build experience in education, psychology, or mental health? Axcis Education is working in partnership with a number of mainstream primary schools in Preston and Leyland, and we’re looking for a full-time and part-time Graduate Mental Health Support Worker's to start ASAP.
This role is all about supporting primary-aged pupils that require 1-1 support with their learning. Some of these pupils will have special educational needs such as autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour. You’ll be working closely with individual students in the classroom—helping them stay engaged, encouraging their confidence, and offering calm, consistent support throughout the day.
You don’t need school experience. What we’re looking for is someone who’s empathetic, reliable, and genuinely wants to support vulnerable young people. If you’re kind, patient and keen to make a difference, we’ll give you the training and guidance you need.

• No unsociable hours – work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
• Get paid weekly – £13.69 an hour (£89 a day)
