We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of groundworks and be capable of working independently as well as part of a team on a variety of construction and civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

Excavation and preparation of sites.
Installation of drainage systems, ducting, and utilities.
Kerbing, edging, and paving works.
Concrete works including foundations, slabs, and footings.
Reading and working from site drawings and specifications.
Operating small plant and tools safely and efficiently.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Supporting site teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
Requirements
Proven experience working as a Groundworker.
Strong knowledge of drainage, foundations, concreting, and finishing works.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and site plans.
Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
CSCS Card (essential).
CPCS/NPORS plant tickets advantageous but not essential.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively within a team.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
