About the Role
We are recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work with pupils with SEND needs, helping to support classroom learning and provide general teaching assistance. This role is perfect for someone looking to take on additional responsibility in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Support teachers in delivering lessons and learning activities
• Supervise small groups or individual pupils as required
• Assist with planning and preparation of classroom resources
• Support pupils’ social, emotional, and educational development
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

Who We’re Looking For
• Experience in SEND or mainstream school settings preferred
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to support pupils’ learning and development
