This is an exciting opportunity to join the Consumer Team at a leading telecommunications provider operating across the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. This position will appeal to a strategic and commercially astute Product Manager who thrives on shaping propositions, enhancing customer journeys, and driving product growth in a fast-evolving digital environment.
Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Managing the full lifecycle of fixed broadband, home phone, and value-added services including gaming, content and smart home solutions.
• Owning the product roadmap and defining customer journeys to maximise commercial success and user satisfaction.
• Leading fibre adoption efforts in Guernsey and supporting strategies for retention, upsell, and migration.
• Collaborating with technical, commercial, customer experience, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver market-leading propositions.
• Developing and executing five-year strategy plans, annual operating plans, KPIs, and financial forecasts.
• Analysing customer behaviour, product performance, and market trends to support ongoing improvement.
• Commissioning and interpreting market research to inform product development and positioning.
• Managing supplier relationships to ensure continuity of service, commercial value, and regulatory compliance.
• Representing the company externally with customers, partners, and industry bodies as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have proven experience in product management, ideally within telecoms or a related consumer technology field. A commercially focused mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally will be essential. Familiarity with broadband technologies, ISP services, and customer-centred product design is highly desirable. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent analytical abilities, a collaborative approach, and confidence engaging at all levels, including C-suite.
