Location: Homebased with travel around Derby, Leek & Stoke
Hybrid: 1 day working from home
Salary: £28,611 - £30,600 & excellent benefits
Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri, no evenings/weekends/bank holidays

Overview:

Working for a leading hospitality sector training provider, you will support hospitality professionals achieve qualifications at levels 2/3. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.

A typical week:

-Manage & support a caseload of learners
-Deliver face to face & online coaching
-Engage with internal & external stakeholders
-Plan & deliver engaging training sessions

You'll need the following:

-3+ years Hospitality experience
-Experience across both front & back of house
-Interest or experience in teaching/training
-Car driver
-Level 2 in Hospitality (desirable)
