HR Business Partner – 12 Month FTC
Location: North West London (2 days per week in office)
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum
Start Date: Immediate preferred

Do you have experience working in a corporate, blue chip environment from within the service sector? Are you available at short notice and open to a long term contract.

Due to an increased project workload within the HR team, linked to a major Workday implementation, our client, a leading sporting organisation, is actively recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is ideal for a confident, flexible HR professional who thrives in a generalist capacity and enjoys partnering senior leaders without reliance on a large specialist team.

Supporting corporate functions including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Communications (c.150 colleagues), you’ll play a key role in providing pragmatic HR advice and delivering people strategies that drive performance, engagement and change.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner senior leaders to provide effective HR advice and guidance across all people matters.
Lead and support transformation, change and people initiatives, ensuring a pragmatic and people-centric approach.
Contribute to core HR cycles including pay review, business planning, talent management and succession planning.
Manage employee relations processes with professionalism and sensitivity.
Influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships to support business decision-making.
Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement and alignment to strategic objectives.
Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies and governance.
Support wider HR projects and priorities as required.

About You:

CIPD Qualified
Significant HR experience in a complex, commercial organisation.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices and processes.
Proven HRBP track record working with senior leaders to deliver value-adding solutions.
Experience leading restructures, consultations, investigations and ER processes. TUPE knowledge advantageous.
Comfortable working independently and flexibly in a hands-on HRBP role.
Strong process mindset, attention to detail and IT/HR systems skills.
Knowledge of IR35 and DBS requirements desirable.
Collaborative, pragmatic and people-focused.
