HR Business Partner - 12 Month FTC
£50,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Benefits
Location: Milton Keynes
Hybrid: 2 Days per week on Site Working
Interviews start w/c 10th August
Working for a PE Backed organisation that has grown through organic growth and acquisition, this is a true operationally driven business partnering role. You'll support your own client group, working closely with leaders to deliver commercial people solutions.
What you will be doing:
Business partnering senior leaders
Leading organisational change, restructures and redundancy programmes
Managing complex employee relations cases
Coaching managers and developing leadership capability
Using people data to drive business decisions
Supporting workforce planning and organisational development
Delivering HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Background:
CIPD Qualified
Commercial SME business background
Strong employment law knowledge
Change experience including redundancy consultations
Experienced Business Partner, able to influence leaders
Data centric
HR Projects experience
