HR Manager – 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
upto £60,000 + Benefits
Central London | 70% On-Site
Immediate Start Preferred
Hybrid working: minimum 70% on-site in central London

A leading marketing and PR agency is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic team of three, for a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative and people-focused environment where your expertise will make a real impact.
The Role:
Reporting to the HR Director, you'll play a key role in delivering the agency’s people strategy. As a strong HR generalist, you’ll partner with managers across the business, driving performance, engagement and capability. You’ll also lead on HR data analysis, MI reporting and support in reward, policy, and talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective employee relations support to people managers (grievances, absence, disciplinaries etc.)
Deliver high-quality HR data, analytics and MI reporting to inform decision-making
Support performance management, coaching managers and driving best practice
Contribute to learning and development, onboarding, and succession planning
Oversee and advise on compensation, benefits, and policy updates
Work on HR initiatives including competency frameworks, talent mapping, and culture-building projects
About You:
CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above)
Strong generalist HR background, ideally in a fast-paced or agency/consultancy environment
Experienced in delivering people analytics and insight-driven reporting
Confident advising managers at all levels and influencing senior stakeholders
Self-starter, collaborative and highly organised
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
