Established specialist Freight Forwarder is looking for an Import Coordinator to join them.
Role will from start to finish on Air Road & Ocean shipments

Duties include :-
•Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries
•Preparing accurate job quotations
•Processing operational Import shipments
•Liaising with carriers, contractors, and internal teams
•Costing jobs and invoicing
•Occasionally assisting with warehouse duties if required
•Managing your own desk efficiently and maintaining accurate records

Successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, great communications skills and the ability to work under pressure.



After 3 months probation -
•

Previous experience in Air, Road & Ocean and Customs operations is preferred.
