Role Purpose
The Internal Sales Executive supports customers (Access Control/AV) and plays a key role in shaping technical designs and producing accurate, commercially sound quotations for our audio visual and access control solutions. Working closely with our Business Development and Technical teams, you’ll help turn customer briefs into well defined, fully costed solutions that support successful sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop technical designs aligned with customer needs and internal standards
• Build accurate quotations and cost estimates using our pricing frameworks
• Support Business Development Managers with timely technical insight
• Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure solutions are delivery ready
• Help identify risks, clarify assumptions, and ensure documentation is clear and consistent
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
• Experience in technical design, estimating, pre-sales, or a similar technical-commercial role.
• A strong eye for detail and a commercial mindset
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines with confidence
• Clean and Valid driving license
Experience with access control, audio visual systems, or QuoteWorks is a bonus—but not essential.
