Job role - Internal Sales Executive
Location - Fareham
Overview:
We are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team in Fareham.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and brings an understanding of electrical wholesale products and services with them.
Package/Benefits:

The Role:
• Reactive and proactive telesales
• Processing orders, answering phones, responding to emails
• Generate sales by proactively contacting existing and lapsed customers to promote offers and new product lines
• Identify customer requirements and recommended suitable products and solutions
• Delivered excellent customer service to maintain repeat business and long-term customer loyalty
• Provide accurate quotations and pricing, while negotiating to secure profitable orders
Skills/experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience (essential)
• Confident dealing with customers over the phone
• Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
• Good customer service skills
• Team player
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5pm
1 in 7 Saturday mornings: 8:30am - 11am
