Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 NEG/DOE + Bonus
Overview:
Our well-established client in Plymouth is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales / Trade Counter professional to join their busy and successful branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a thriving team, building strong customer relationships, providing expert support, and playing a key role in delivering excellent service within a fast-paced trade environment.

Responsibilities:
• Serving customers via the telephone and trade counter
• Processing purchase invoices, debit notes and purchase orders
• Processing customer invoices and credit notes
• Organise promotions and other customer incentives/events
• Receiving and booking in deliveries from suppliers
• Inbound and outbound telesales
• Taking and processing orders
• Provide technical support and product advice to customers
Skills / Experience:
• Experience in the Electrical Wholesale industry
• Comfortable dealing with contractors, face to face and over the phone
• Good team player - happy to assist in all areas within a branch
Hours:
Monday to Friday 7am - 4.30pm OR 8am - 5:30pm
1 in 3 Saturday mornings (8am - 12pm) (paid as overtime)
