Description

A well-established and dynamic fiduciary and fund administration business, proudly family-owned and based in Guernsey, is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join its operations team. The company operates across venture capital and private client services, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment where professional growth is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing prompt and effective first-line technical support.
• Set up new users with equipment, software, and system access, and manage leaver processes, including asset collection.
• Troubleshoot IT problems and coordinate with the external IT provider for resolution.
• Maintain and review user access rights across all platforms, including online banking systems.
• Manage IT asset registers and operational request logs.
• Deliver induction training for new staff on internal systems.
• Monitor cyber security, including vulnerability reports, phishing simulations, and compliance training.
• Coordinate IT-related vendor activity, training rollouts, and system access reviews.
• Maintain IT documentation, knowledge bases, and ensure operational processes run smoothly.
• Review IT-related invoices for accuracy.

About You
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar IT support or administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and willingness to learn new systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
• Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of any of the following systems would be advantageous: Acumen, FIS Investran, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SharePoint.
