In this role, you’ll take a lead position in managing and developing all aspects of the school’s network infrastructure. You’ll provide expert support and technical leadership to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations that underpin teaching, learning (including 1:1 device programs), and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and develop the school’s robust network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
• Maintain server and storage systems, monitor backups, and uphold security best practices.
• Contribute to IT strategy and roadmaps, including management of the O365 tenancy, Intune, and Azure AD.
• Lead or assist with IT projects, particularly those related to network infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of IT Services and the Desktop Support Specialist.
• Act as the escalation point for first-line support, especially for complex networking issues.
