Job Title: Kitchen Sales Designer
Salary: £30,000 + bonus (OTE £50 - £75K)
Location: West London
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm, Saturdays 10am - 7pm with a day off in the week

Rhodium Consulting are looking for a talented Kitchen Sales Designer who thrives on turning client dreams into reality, blending creativity with commercial drive. In this role, you’ll be supported by a collaborative, detail-focused team, while having the autonomy to manage your own client projects from initial consultation through to completion.
What You’ll Do
• Design inspirational, bespoke kitchens using CAD software.
• Guide clients through the full design journey — from first meeting to final installation.
• Build strong client relationships by offering expert advice and exceptional service.
• Drive sales by combining your creative flair with a consultative, professional approach.
• Showcase your design talent and contribute to the continued growth of our thriving showroom.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in kitchen design & sales (retail showroom experience required).
• Proficiency in CAD kitchen design software (portfolio examples essential).
• Previous experience with German kitchens is a strong advantage.
• Sales-focused with excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• A polished, professional presence with outstanding people skills.
• Flexible to work Saturdays.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
