Role
This role sits within the Knowledge Management team and supports the delivery of knowledge and innovation solutions across the firm’s global offices.
The position focuses on maintaining knowledge resources, supporting legal operations projects and ensuring consistency, quality and accessibility of information across teams.
Key responsibilities
• Maintain and develop precedent and know-how databases, ensuring accuracy and quality control
• Support the development and use of AI tools and resources across the business
• Apply house style to documentation and support consistency across teams
• Assist with document automation and template management
• Support legal operations projects, including maintaining project documentation and attending meetings
• Curate and manage content across internal knowledge platforms
• Provide current awareness updates using research tools
• Assist with legal and business research to support client work
• Support onboarding of new team members
Person specification
• Degree educated, ideally in law or a related subject
• Experience within a law firm or a legal background is essential
• Strong IT skills, including exposure to AI tools
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• High attention to detail and methodical approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable and able to use initiative
• Professional, client-focused and collaborative
