About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of labouring duties on construction sites and be capable of working safely, efficiently, and independently while supporting tradespeople and site management.


Key Responsibilities

Assisting skilled tradespeople with daily tasks.
Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Preparing and clearing work areas before and after tasks.
Operating basic hand and power tools safely.
Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
Assisting with demolition, groundworks, and general construction activities as required.
Reporting hazards, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Supporting site managers with various labouring duties to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience working as a Construction Labourer.
Good understanding of construction site operations and labouring responsibilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling tasks.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
Valid CSCS Card (preferred/required).
Own PPE (hard hat, safety boots, high-visibility vest, gloves, etc.).
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
Desirable Skills
Experience in groundworks, demolition, or site preparation.
Traffic Marshal, Banksman, or other relevant site certifications.
Driving licence and own transport.
