Axcis Education is working with a friendly and welcoming mainstream school in the OL10 area to recruit a learning support adviser to support pupils aged 11–16, including those with additional learning needs.

The Role
You will:
• Assist teachers within the classroom and lead small group interventions
• Support pupils with mild to moderate SEND, including ADHD and dyslexia
• Help deliver differentiated learning activities tailored to individual needs
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
• Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
• Energetic, adaptable, and empathetic
• Either experienced in schools or looking to begin your career in education (with a strong awareness of SEND)
• Confident supporting children with additional needs in a mainstream setting
• Passionate about making learning accessible for all pupils
• A strong communicator and team player
