Working Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: Between £83-£95 (PAYE) Depending on experience

this primary school in Hounslow are looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a Key Stage 1 pupil who is non-verbal, very playful, and sometimes exhibits challenging behaviours. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to support a young learner in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 support for a non-verbal pupil in Key Stage 1.
• Engage the child in a playful, supportive manner while promoting their academic and social development.
• Assist with managing any challenging behaviours, implementing strategies in collaboration with the class teacher and SENDCo.
• Build a positive, trusting relationship with the pupil, encouraging progress and well-being.
• Work closely with a large and welcoming team of staff who will provide guidance and support.
