Learning Support Assistant – PMLD & Complex Needs – Warwick

Contract: Full-time
Pay: £90–£100 per day (PAYE)

Axcis Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils who have PMLD and complex physical needs in a specialist school in Warwick.

The Role:

• Support pupils with physical, sensory and medical needs
• Assist with personal care and mobility (training provided)
• Use sensory-based learning approaches
• Work alongside therapists and specialist teachers
• Support EHCP outcomes

About You:

• Experience in PMLD, care or complex needs preferred
• Compassionate and reliable
• Comfortable with personal care
• Full-time availability
• DBS required
