Pay: £93–£96 per day

We are currently seeking a dedicated learning support assistant to join a welcoming high school in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about education, enjoys working with young people, and wants to make a genuine difference in the classroom.
The Role
As a learning support assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pupils to provide additional support with learning, engagement and personal development.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting pupils in the classroom and during learning activities
• Working with students on a 1:1 or small-group basis where required
• Helping pupils stay focused, engaged and motivated
• Supporting students with additional learning needs
• Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning resources
• Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting the school's expectations
• Helping create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
• Passionate about working with young people
• Patient, caring and approachable
• Confident supporting pupils with different learning needs
• A good communicator and team player
• Reliable, professional and adaptable
• Ideally experienced working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant is desirable, but not essential. Graduates, teaching assistants and candidates with relevant experience working with young people are encouraged to apply.
