Job Title: Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Kingston upon Thames
Start Date: September
Salary: £92.63 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (term time only)
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and well-regarded SEND school in Kingston upon Thames starting in September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly environment, supporting pupils with moderate Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and additional learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND
Support pupils with their learning, communication, and emotional development
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and therapists
Assist with personal care where required, including PEG feeding
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND (ASD/learning difficulties)
Essential: Experience with PEG feeding
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
