We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a primary school in Stratford. You will work closely with students, many of whom are non-verbal and on the autism spectrum, supporting their learning, personal care, hygiene, and feeding needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with complex needs, particularly ASD.
Assist with personal care, hygiene, and feeding as required.
Support learning activities and classroom engagement.
Monitor and report on student progress and wellbeing.
Implement individualized support plans in line with teacher guidance and school policies.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

Requirements:
Experience supporting children with complex needs, ideally ASD and non-verbal students.
Confidence in assisting with personal care, hygiene, and feeding.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach to supporting children.
Previous experience in a primary school setting is desirable but not essential.
