A new Management Accountant role has become available within the finance function of a well known organisation in Carlisle. This is a varied and hands on role with duties spanning month end, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering with a variety of stakeholders.

Your New Role as Management Accountant:
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Production of budget and forecasts
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Input to year end requirements and audit
• Maintenance of the fixed asset register
• Provision of ad hoc analysis as required
• Provide ad hoc financial support to aid effective decision making, liaising with other departments as required, building and maintaining strong working relationships
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
To be considered, you will have exposure to the above activities with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes. Strong IT skills are required including Excel and knowledge of mainstream finance software.
