Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global banking organisation renowned for its client-first approach and long-standing presence in the fiduciary services space. Join a team committed to delivering bespoke trust solutions across a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients, supporting complex structures across multiple jurisdictions.

As Manager, Trust, you will oversee the efficient administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures, while providing leadership and guidance to junior team members. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a solid grounding in trust administration and a client-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of trust and company structures, ensuring regulatory and fiduciary obligations are met.
• Act as principal point of contact for clients and intermediaries, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Provide leadership and oversight to less experienced administrators, offering training and support as required.
• Review and authorise transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage risk within the portfolio, escalating issues where necessary.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business, including legal, compliance, and finance.
• Maintain and update client records and statutory documents, ensuring all data is complete and current.
• Assist with internal projects and contribute to process improvements across the team.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in trust and company administration, ideally supported by or working towards a STEP or CGI (ICSA) qualification. A strong understanding of fiduciary duties, regulatory frameworks, and the ability to manage complex structures is essential. You will be a confident communicator, capable of developing client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
