Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning offshore law firm during a period of parental leave cover. The successful candidate will support the Head of Marketing & Communications and play a key role in external communications, digital content delivery, and brand consistency, while contributing to broader marketing initiatives across the business.
Working across multiple jurisdictions and functions, this position will suit an organised, creative professional with an eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This is an onsite role.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Managing key digital channels, including client mailers, website updates, and social media content.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all visual and digital assets.
• Supporting the Head of Marketing & Communications with campaign delivery and projects aligned to business development plans.
• Liaising with practice groups and internal teams on marketing-related activities such as event promotion, social content, and communications assets.
• Coordinating the sign-off and publication process for digital content in collaboration with the Knowledge and Business Development teams.
• Providing administrative support to the Marketing & Communications function, including invoice management, onboarding coordination, and branded item distribution.
• Assisting with event planning and logistics across offices, including invitations, merchandise, and webpage creation.
• Supporting CRM data entry and maintenance.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be educated to A-level standard or above, with a relevant degree or professional qualification in marketing or communications considered advantageous. Previous experience in digital marketing, social media, or a similar communications role is desirable, alongside strong IT and organisational skills. A proactive, solution-focused approach and excellent written communication are essential. Familiarity with CRM systems and a keen interest in brand management would be beneficial.
