Description

Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for future technologies? We are looking for a high-energy Marketing Manager to lead the business segment strategy for a leading multi-jurisdictional telecoms provider. Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Working closely with product, sales, and professional services teams, you will develop and deliver integrated marketing plans that drive revenue and elevate the brand’s reputation across the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Leadership: End-to-end delivery of brand awareness and lead-generation campaigns, from creative concept to post-campaign ROI analysis.
• Digital Strategy: Driving continuous optimization of the digital strategy, including website CMS management and targeted outbound digital campaigns.
• Brand & PR: Acting as a brand guardian and utilizing PR channels to position the firm as a thought leader in the business sector.
• Event Execution: Managing a busy calendar of educational events, corporate hospitality, and attendance at international trade shows.
• Partner & Supplier Management: Serving as the lead contact for distributor channels and managing third-party agency relationships.

Essential Requirements
Please note: This is a fast-paced role. Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:
• Education: Degree level or CIM qualification is essential.
• Experience: A minimum of five years of professional marcomms experience.
• Technical Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in campaign planning, event management, and digital strategy.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience managing "above the line" agencies and third-party outsourcing partners.

Desirable Skills
• Previous experience in B2B or Corporate Marketing.
• Experience within the Telecoms or IT sectors.
• Proficiency in B2B CRM management.
