Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker in Schools

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support to students with mental health needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to implement tailored support strategies.
• Support the social and emotional development of students through various therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and intervention strategies.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a similar role, particularly within an educational setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting the mental health and well-being of students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of relevant legislation and policies related to mental health in schools.
Qualifications:
• Relevant qualifications in mental health support or counselling.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
