We are currently expanding our team of Secondary TAs to support our growing number of partner schools across Stockport and Tameside. This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK’s leading SEND recruitment agency and secure flexible, rewarding work in local schools that value your skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Have experience working in secondary schools, supporting students aged 11–16 (KS3/KS4).
- Can confidently support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) such as Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, and more.
- Are patient, reliable, and adaptable with a genuine interest in supporting learning and wellbeing.
- Can work one-to-one or in small groups under the direction of the class teacher or SENCO.
- May have additional experience in behaviour support, mentoring, youth work, or personal care (though not essential).
Whether you’ve worked in education before, or have experience in a similar field (e.g. care, youth support, psychology), we’d love to hear from you.
