Key Responsibilities:
Supervise pupils during lunch and playtime, both indoors and outdoors.
Encourage good manners, healthy eating, and positive social interaction.
Support children with SEN to ensure they are fully included and supported.
Promote and model positive behaviour in line with school policies.
Respond calmly and effectively to any minor incidents or first aid needs.

Enjoy working with children and have a warm, approachable manner.
Be reliable, punctual, and committed to ensuring pupil safety and wellbeing.
Be able to adapt to different needs and situations with understanding and care.
Have experience working in a school or childcare environment (desirable but not essential).

Start Date: As soon as possible
If you are enthusiastic, caring, and enjoy helping children thrive, the school would love to hear from you.
