Our client are searching for an Multi Modal Operations Clerk ideally with both Sea Exports and Imports experience to join their team and help support the day to day operations of the department.

Manage Import and Export shipments from start to finish
Coordinate Sea Road and Air freight movements
Liaise with customs shipping line overseqa agents hauliers and other suppliers
Obtain freight rates prepare quotations
Handle customs declarations and ensure compliance with UK customs procedures
Complete shipment files costing and invoicing accurately

Minimum 4 years experience in multimodal freight operations
Strong understanding of seafreight operations and procedures
Good working knowledge of CDS and UK customs requirements
Experience using Cargowise Descatrtes /e-customs preferred


Mon-Fri: 0900-1730 hrs
Office based position
Cccasional working from home days maybe approved if required
