Multi Trader - Roofer
Camden
Circa £38000 per annum (36 hour week)
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader - Roofer to handle various building repairs, maintenance, and renewals, including emergency and routine reactive repairs on multiple sites.
Additionally, you will be responsible for both single-site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in both occupied and void housing properties and other premises.
Breakdown of Multi Trader - Roofer role
Scope of Work: The individual is expected to perform a range of tasks related to building repairs, maintenance, and renewals. This includes emergency repairs, routine reactive repairs, and scheduled refurbishment work.
Quality and Compliance: The work should be carried out in accordance with best trade practices and must adhere to current standards and regulations. There is an emphasis on delivering work to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
Efficiency and Accuracy: The goal is to complete works 'Right First Time,' indicating an expectation for efficiency and accuracy in performing tasks without the need for rework.
Work Hours: The regular working hours are defined as between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm from Monday to Friday, and 8.00 am to 1.00 pm on Saturdays.
