New multimodal operations supervisor role within an established freight forwarding company where you will be hands on dealing with Exports/Imports Cross trades air, sea and road freight shipments
Some on call support will be required

Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700 hrs
20 days annul leave plus bank holiday
Salary 30K - 40K subject to experience - Air Sea & road transport modes would be an advantage


Responsibilities will include:
Handling Export & Import shipments
Supervise and support daily activities of the operations team
Act as first point of escalation for operational issues and customer concerns
Customs Clearances
Assist the operations manager with workload planning and resource allocation
Quotations to overseas offices / customers

Previous Cargowise system and sequoia experience knowledge also an advantage

Excellent communications skills and previous Export / Import experience are essential
