Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Ocean Import Clerk to progress their career with an established Freight Forwarder based near Heathrow

Dealing predominantly with Ocean Freight Import role will involve all aspects of Import operations from start to finish including -

• Developing relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.
• Dealing with internal teams to ensure client KPIs are achieved and exceeded.
• Shipment profitability and margin management.
• Negotiation and relationship-building with suppliers.
• Managing your portfolio of customers in line with agreed operating procedures.
• Creating customer-specific reports.


Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Ocean Imports is preferred, knowledge of CargoWise would be an advantage.

Hours are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730 with the flexibility of hybrid working (Min 2 days per week in the office)
