A wonderful and varied administration role working for a small, successful company based in Linton, Cambridge. You will be part of a friendly and supportive administration team of 4 and your role in the team will be to handle all administration needs of the company, your day to day will include a variety of the below as well as assisting with onsite events.
This is a role where you will be customer facing in lots of your tasks, so professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to take responsibility are a must.
Managing incoming mail, phone calls and any visitors
Oversee office supplies such as stationery, kitchen etc.
Arrange travel and accommodation for staff
Organise catering for meetings
Assist with processing team expenses
Log and respond to sales enquiries
Generate sales quotations and contract renewals
Managing the sales database
Process orders and generate shipping documentation
Liaising with couriers and customers regarding deliveries
Support internal audits and quality assurance
Support Health & Safety compliance
