This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of day-to-day team delivery, coach high-performing technicians, and oversee critical operational and compliance controls.
Key Responsibilities
• Leadership & Direction: Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture while managing day-to-day workloads.
• Operations Oversight: Lead the delivery of Operations and Client Services, ensuring all transaction processing, client servicing, and administrative activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed service standards.
• Compliance & Operational Controls: Oversee operational controls to ensure strict compliance with both regulatory and internal requirements.
• Workflow & Quality Monitoring: Actively monitor workflow and quality outcomes, identify operational trends, resolve emerging issues, and drive continuous improvement across the department.
• Escalation Management: Act as the primary escalation point for complex operational and risk matters, applying seasoned problem-solving skills to mitigate risk.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with customers, financial intermediaries, and key stakeholders through effective communication.
