The Role

Join a friendly, professional optical practice as the welcoming face of the business. You'll manage our reception, book patient appointments, help customers select frames, and provide excellent aftercare support. This is a varied role where you'll work across both front-of-house and clinical teams.

What You'll Do
Greet patients warmly, manage phone and in-person enquiries, handle appointments and payments, assist with frame selection and adjustments, keep displays stocked, and provide ongoing customer care.

What We're Looking For
Previous customer service or receptionist experience is ideal (optical experience is a bonus but not essential). You should be friendly, organised, professional, and confident with computers. Most importantly, you're willing to learn and grow within the role.
