New role for an established freight forwarder based in Hounslow looking to recruit an operations coordinator to join their friendly team

Ideal candidate should have 1-3 years experience in Export Cross Trade, Imports and Customer Service. Custom experience is not required but an advantage if candidates has knowledge of procedures

Role duties required
Managing all customer requirements
Freight Quotations
Handling export / import domestics and cross trade shipments
Updating customers with regards to their shipments
Freight shipment costs are inputted into the system
Assisting with Customs procedures formalities

4 on 4 off 7am - 7pm - office based
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
