We are looking for an experienced Export/Import Gateway Coordinator to join our Freight Forwarding client based in Colnbrook.

Role will involve the following aspects -

• Initiate, prepare, process and assemble all required documentation for air import and export
consolidation shipments
• Raise and maintain appropriate ETSF records and files in line with HMRC requirements.
• Ensure all files are compliant with CAA regulations where applicable.
• Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to the carrier,
customers or agents in a timely manner
• Apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to adapt processes/create solutions in
response to challenges both internally and externally
• Execute/Coordinate tasks to meet all SOP requirements
• Create, maintain, and update shipments in internal system, ensuring accurate data
• Coordinate and problem-solve on complex consolidations
• Ensure a high-level of data integrity within the shipments

Must have at least 2 years experience in Gateway Operations.

Hours are Mon - Fri 0900-1730hrs
1 YEAR MATERNITY COVER CONTRACT - With a possibility to a permanent role within that department or other departments
