Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in property law?
We’re working with a highly respected Legal 500-rated law firm to find a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property team.
?? The Role:
You’ll be supporting a busy team of fee-earners, providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support. This is a varied role that includes:
File opening, billing, and closing
Digital dictation (BigHand)
Case management (SOS)
Diary and calendar management (Outlook)
Preparing client care letters and ID checks
Land Registry searches and post-completion procedures (SDLT, title registration)
General admin: greeting clients, handling calls, booking meetings
? What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a property team (essential)
Strong typing and document management skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Confident using MS Office; experience with PLC, DocuSign, and Adobe Pro is a bonus
Knowledge of Landlord & Tenant and Agricultural property law is desirable
