Part-Time Teaching Assistant (Flexible, Student-Friendly)
Bath, BA1 | On-site
£14.25 per hour (£92.63 per day)
1–4 days per week | Term-time only | Immediate and June starts available

About the role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils and helping the classroom run smoothly. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with children and contributing to their learning and development.

Key responsibilities
• Support the class teacher during lessons and activities
• Work with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning
• Help keep pupils engaged, focused, and motivated
• Assist with classroom organisation and day-to-day tasks

What success looks like
You’ll quickly build rapport with pupils, support their confidence and progress, and become a reliable part of the classroom team. This experience will give you a strong foundation for future teacher training or child-focused careers.
