Our client, a well-established international provider of pension and professional services, is looking for a Pensions Administrator to join its Guernsey team.
This is a varied role supporting the administration of pension and annuity arrangements for a broad range of clients. It would suit someone with strong attention to detail who is keen to develop their technical knowledge within pensions.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
• Managing the day-to-day administration of your own portfolio of clients
• Processing client transactions, payments, receipts and new business applications
• Maintaining accurate statutory and client records
• Liaising with clients, professional intermediaries and internal teams
• Preparing minutes and maintaining internal systems
• Supporting compliance, periodic reviews and fee collection
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed service standards
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
• A-Level education or equivalent
• Previous administration experience, with pensions experience advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and good numeracy
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• An interest in undertaking professional studies
Ongoing training and support towards professional development will be provided.
