Location: London or Liverpool (6 days per month in office)
Salary: Up to £42,000 + excellent benefits

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious operations lead, with a specialism in Payroll.

Overview:

Working for an established and highly regarded professional membership body, you will oversee the strategic and operational delivery of payroll, recruitment, and people analytics.

A typical week:

-Oversee monthly payroll processes
-Lead inclusive & effective recruitment campaigns
-Generate & deliver reports to stakeholders
-Ensure legal & financial compliance

You'll need the following:

-Payroll specialist, experienced dealing with complex processes
-Experienced Manager or desire to move into Management
-General HR & Recruitment experience
-Confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholders
