Hybrid (2 days on-site per week)
Opportunity to join on either a 6-month FTC contract or as a permanent employee

Are you an experienced People professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business? Do you enjoy partnering with senior stakeholders, navigating complex employee relations and driving meaningful change? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're partnering with a successful, global, high-growth SME that is undergoing an exciting period of business transformation. As a trusted People Specialist, you'll support key corporate functions including Marketing, Finance, Legal and IT, providing expert HR advice while helping to shape and deliver a modern, commercially focused People agenda.

This is a broad and hands-on role where you'll balance operational HR with strategic projects, playing a key part in driving automation, process improvement and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders across Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT and other corporate functions.
Provide expert guidance on complex Employee Relations matters, ensuring commercially balanced and legally compliant outcomes.
Support business-wide transformation and change programmes, including restructures and organisational change initiatives.
Lead and contribute to HR process improvement and automation projects to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Ensure policies and practices remain aligned with current UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
Coach and support managers to build capability and confidence in people management.
Contribute to wider People initiatives that support business growth and organisational effectiveness.

About you:
Proven experience in a People Partner or People Specialist role.
CIPD Qualified Level 5 or 7
Strong Employee Relations experience, with excellent knowledge of current UK employment law.
Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or restructuring programmes.
Passionate about improving processes and embracing automation and continuous improvement.
Commercially minded with the confidence to influence and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth SME environment where priorities evolve quickly.
