Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with a background in the pharmaceutical or wider regulated manufacturing sector? Do you enjoy delivering meaningful change, identifying compliance gaps and leaving organisations in a stronger position than when you joined?

We're partnering with an established pharmaceutical business seeking an experienced Health & Safety & Compliance Lead to join on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on role with a clear objective: to review, strengthen and embed Health & Safety compliance across the business, ensuring inspection readiness and sustainable processes for the future.

Working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders, you'll lead audits, implement improvements and ensure the business meets UK Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice.

About You:

NEBOSH, IOSH or an equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable, with experience in other regulated GMP environments also considered.
Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation, COSHH and compliance frameworks.
Proven experience conducting audits and delivering compliance improvements.
Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and deliver results within a short-term contract.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.
Highly organised, analytical and focused on achieving measurable outcomes.

What You'll Deliver:

By the end of the contract, you'll have:
Completed comprehensive Health & Safety and compliance audits.
Closed critical and high-risk compliance gaps.
